Márylin is simply the best Spanish teacher I have had to date. Having tried other teachers and courses I didn’t start to make significant progress until I took classes with her. She plans every lesson in detail, brings excellent teaching materials to support my learning such as teaching slides and a white board and makes lessons fun and engaging. I highly recommend her.

Márylin is an incredible Spanish teacher, we can’t recommend her enough! We have studied Spanish for a while but taking lessons with Márylin while in Medellín has really exceeded expectations. She creates all of her own material and customizes lessons for every student. We learned so much from her in such a short time. We enjoyed every class with her and can’t wait to get back to Medellin to study with Márylin again!
After working with quite a few Spanish teachers, I’ve found Márylin’s classes to be the most engaging, informative and tailored out of everyone I’ve learnt from. Márylin takes the extra time to learn about your daily routine, life etc, which means her classes are tailored to what you need to be able to communicate about. She goes the extra mile always, and always has a smile on her face! And she even makes learning grammar fun, not an easy thing!
Márylin has been an awesome Spanish teacher for me. I am learning so much and understanding more. I can hold more conversations than I ever have and she really pushes me to speak more Spanish and less English. And she not only teaches the language but I have learned more of the Latina culture also. It is much more fun and not just a lot of work. I will give her 5 stars.
I have been having Spanish classes with Márylin for a few months now and I am really enjoying them. I feel comfortable trying to express my ideas and asking questions. We have worked on some of the grammar related things I wanted to look at and she has also planned lessons to address the mistakes she noticed when I was speaking. Márylin prepares interesting things for us to talk about, so we always have a good discussion.
Márylin is hands down the best teacher I’ve ever had. She brings passion, dedication and a deep knowledge of the Spanish language to each class while delivering carefully crafted sessions specifically designed to help you reach your Spanish goals.
